DECRAMASTIC TILES
Pressed metal, chip coated
The roof is treated to remove algal growth and grime (moss & lichen etc.) a non toxic detergent/chemical is used. Repairs to all damaged tiles. Tiles are reshaped, dents are removed, loose tiles are renailed, and rust is treated. Roof is pressure-cleaned, primed with a base coat of acrylic bitumin coating.
COLOURSTEEL ROOFING
Incorporates corrugated iron and long run
The roof is treated to remove algal growth and grime (moss & lichen etc.) a non toxic detergent/chemical is used. Colour steel roofing when aged oxides very badly creating a powdery surface even after cleaning, that is where 1 coat of Specialised Acrylic Prime Procoat is applied, which enables us to give you a 10 – 15 year guarantee.
CONCRETE TILES
Concrete Roofing, when aged becomes porous and absorbs water, even after cleaning. This is where Procoat Specialised Sealers and Base Coats are applied followed by 2 finish coats, which enables us to give you a 10 – 15 year guarantee.
